Non-custodial crypto wallet

To start playing with Dezinga, you'll need a Solana-based wallet. This is the essential first step.

Using a Crypto Wallet to Play with Dezinga

Introduction to Non-Custodial Wallets: Dezinga requires the use of a non-custodial wallet that operates on the Solana blockchain. This setup means you have full control over your assets without relying on a third party for security. For a seamless experience, we recommend using the Phantom wallet, which you can find at https://phantom.app/.

Wallet Connection: Dezinga supports several wallets through its wallet connection feature. Phantom is highly recommended due to its user-friendly interface and robust security measures.

Backing Up Your Wallet: It’s crucial to back up your wallet to ensure you don’t lose access to your funds. Your wallet information is not stored on the cloud or our servers. Therefore, you must save your mnemonic/seed phrase—usually a sequence of 12 dictionary words—or your private key.

Restoring Your Wallet: Should you need to restore access to your wallet, you can use either the seed phrase or the private key. This process will recover your wallet exactly as it was.

Important Reminder: Always back up your wallet information securely. Failure to do so could result in the irreversible loss of your funds. Keeping a backup ensures that you maintain access to your tokens and can continue playing on Dezinga without interruption.

Practical Backup Methods: The most practical way to back up your wallet is to physically write down your backup phrase or private key. Use ink that does not fade and store this document in a secure location such as a safe. This method ensures that even if digital backups fail or are compromised, you will still retain access to your funds securely.
